Edamame Dip


  • 2 12oz bags of cooked shelled edamame
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp cumin
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 1/4 cup braggs liquid aminos
  • 1/4-1/2 cup low sodium vegetable stock (depending on what consistency you like)
In a high speed blender, combine all of the ingredients and pulse until everything is smooth. If you want to make a thinner dip, add more vegetable stock.
